Free Intro Class

Interested in trying out kettlebells but you're not prepared to commit to a whole month without knowing what you're getting into? I'm giving a free intro kettlebell class at the Garrison Grounds (Corner of Sackville St and Bell Rd) Saturday, April 17th at 11am.

Make sure to dress for the weather and bring plenty of water, you're definitely going to get a sweat on! Please do not wear and rings, watches, or bracelets as they can be damaged during the exercises. In case of rain we will postpone so if the weather looks iffy check the website before heading out.


  1. Monday, April 12 - really great workout on the hill. So awesome to be tossing the bell as the sun comes up over Halifax.

  2. For anyone reading this and thinking of trying it out please do. The instructor is very knowledgeable and provides great classes to get you where you want to be in your fitness goals.

  3. Fresh air and exercise, it's what we were meant to do! Fun and challenging workout this morning with a great variety of exercises. Julie, it's crazy but you seem to know exactly what I need or want to work on for each class.

  4. Plus you know I love the mountain climbers up the hill...... :) It works my lower body. Which I need.....I actually like jogging too, which we do between some sets. What a challenge!!!
