Julie Mac Fitness is now selling punch cards!

The punch cards will contain 12 classes for $150 (same rate as I previously charged monthly) and I will now be holding classes continually instead of starting new sessions every month. Now you can start up mid-month without having to pay drop in fees and if you have to miss a class due to illness or a scheduling conflict you won't be paying for something you're not getting.

I will also still be offering the first timer's drop in fee of $5 and the regular drop in fee of $15 for those that are interested.

*Please note that the punch cards can only be used for my Halifax classes

Snow Day Workout

Snow day and no kettlebell at home? Well there are plenty of bodyweight exercises you can do at home that require zero equipment and very little space. Grab a timer and try this workout :

30 sec of activity & 20 sec of rest for 3 rounds of Set 1 then 3 rounds of Set 2

Set 1
alternating lunges
squats
push ups
burpees

Set 2
crunches
sit ups
leg raises
planks

And remember you will also burn lots of calories shoveling and playing in the snow!
