I've been a bit absent from blogging, tweeting, and facebook for the past few months. Partly because I've been really busy with classes and training but also because I've been super tired. I do have a very good reason for my lack of energy, my husband and I are expecting our first baby! We're extremely excited about our little addition which is due to arrive February 4, 2012. I am continuing to train and my classes will continue for as long as I'm able to yell :) My plan is to take a break from teaching classes when the baby arrives but start back by next summer. I'm hoping that once my energy returns and I'm back to blogging regularly you will enjoy some updates on training with kettlebells while pregnant.
