Kettlebells are used in dynamic movements that combine cardio with full body strength training resulting in lean muscle mass, increased flexibility, and fat loss.
Do I need to bring my own kettlebell or any other equipment?
I have plenty of kettlebells, in a variety of sizes, to accommodate beginners and more advanced clients. The only thing you may want to bring to class, other than water, is a set of wristbands.
Do I need prior kettlebell experience to join the class?
No prior experience is necessary, space is limited in each class so I am able to give each participant individual attention.
Do I have to be fit to take this class?
My kettlebell classes are designed so everyone, at any fitness level, can go at their own pace while doing the same exercises.
